WE UNDERSTAND
Assessment, maturity and scope definition
Before starting a transformation initiative or implementing technology, we analyze how the organization operates, its strategic objectives, and how prepared it is to evolve.
This assessment allows us to identify gaps, capabilities, priorities and improvement opportunities, establishing a baseline to define scope and build a realistic transformation roadmap.
We assess process management maturity
As part of the assessment, we include a maturity evaluation based on the Business Process Maturity Model (BPMM), created by Pedro Robledo in 2014, used as a methodological reference to analyze an organization’s degree of process orientation.
The seven pillars provide an integrated view of current capabilities and the gaps that must be addressed to advance toward higher maturity levels.
- 01Initial
- 02Managed
- 03Defined
- 04Process Orientation
- 05Excellence
The result is not limited to a score. We use it to prioritize initiatives, define capabilities to strengthen, and structure an evolution and transformation roadmap to guide technology implementation.
